‘Friends of NMACC’ is a membership program designed to build communities connected to and by the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (“NMACC”). It offers them a wide and early window into our diverse range of events that showcase the best of India and the world, along with a sense of community and pride of association. As part of this program, we will provide value-based, tangible benefits and money-can’t-buy experiences that members can enjoy as frequent patrons of the NMACC.
You can become a member of ‘Friends of NMACC’ by registering and paying the membership fee on the NMACC website www.nmacc.com.
Log on to nmacc.com. - Click on ‘Friends of NMACC’ tab on the homepage. - Sign up on Jio ID or if you are registered Jio ID user, simply log on with your mobile number. - Complete the payment process. - Select Friends of NMACC tab on the top right-hand corner. - You will receive a SMS and Email confirmation. Start using your member benefits with your mobile number from there on
The program has been designed to cater to its diverse members. The benefits are both value-based and a few money can’t buy experiences. Detailed benefits illustration is available on the ‘Friends of NMACC’ page on www.nmacc.com.

Memberships will be valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
You can pay for the membership by selecting it on the website and paying for the membership via a host of widely accepted payment methods.
As part of the Welcome kit, the member will receive a membership card, a personalized letter, and a gift.
We will send timely reminders for members to renew their membership. Memberships can also be renewed by logging on to the NMACC website under his profile section.
All the benefits applicable to your membership will be visible on the membership profile page. Once you log in to the NMACC website, you will be able to access your profile under the ‘Friends of NMACC’ button. The breakup of the number of benefits available, benefits utilized, and remaining benefits will all be displayed.
Member needs to write to Member Services with the show/exhibition date, time and number of guests. Member Services will block the tickets and share via email.

Member will be informed via email on all pre-sales at NMACC
Member will show the membership card/ quote the mobile number to pre-order food & beverage at the pre-order station and collect the food from the concessions during the break.
Member will have to show his card/ quote his mobile number at the Level 2 Bar to avail this benefit. This is valid for Member + 4 guests.
A dedicated counter will be set up for Friends of NMACC, where the members can pre-order their food and collect it during interval.
Member must write or call the member services team and specify the show and number of tickets. Member services team will book the tickets and share it with the member.
Members needs to show his/her card at the bar to avail 20% discount at the bar. Limited to a maximum number of 5 people including the member, can be availed unlimited times.
Members needs to show his/her card at the entrance of the Art House to get preferred entry at the Art House.
Members need to write to member services 48 hours prior to the date they would want to visit the ‘fountain of joy’. Member services will block the tickets and inform the member via email.
Members will receive a weekly newsletter on their registered email id.
All the benefits offered as part of the program are designed to cater to ‘members+1’. However, we recommend the primary usage be done by members only to avoid fraudulent usage of benefits within the member’s account.

The program is governed by a set of terms & conditions. These are available to read on the ‘Friends of NMACC’ page at www.nmacc.com.
A member can choose to cancel their membership either by calling or writing to our membership services team. The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Members will have to email the membership services team with a request to change the contact information along with a valid reason. The member services team will make the change and update the member about the same.
Your membership card is the fastest and easiest way to identify yourself at various touchpoints like parking, POS, etc. In case you lose the membership card, you can call or email our membership services team and request for a new card. The new card will be shipped to the member’s registered address within 7 working days.
